At Peptiq Wellness, we offer high-quality research products and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
All sales are final once dispatched.
Due to the nature of the products once orders have been shipped they are considered final sale and we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. This is standard for research products due to handling and safety requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
Peptiq Wellness is not responsible for lost parcels, delivery delays, or items marked as delivered but not received. We will assist with courier enquiries where possible, however refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
