ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
For pre-order products, please allow until the estimated dispatch date specified at the time of purchase, plus an additional 1–3 business days for safe delivery and courier processing.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped via tracked express delivery where available. Estimated delivery timeframes are generally 1–3 business days once dispatched, depending on your location and the courier service used.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch. Estimated pre-order dispatch dates are provided on the product page at the time of purchase but may occasionally change due to customs processing, supplier delays, or courier factors outside of our control.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can investigate the issue with the courier service.
